Dr. Croxford brings the necessary equipment and supplies to your practice. Your staff schedules the patients, provides a general exam room with an exam table, and retains responsibility for billing.

EMG/NCS testing can document electrodiagnostic evidence consistent with radiculopathy, neuropathy, or focal nerve entrapment when present.
The report addresses the clinical electrodiagnostic findings. Questions of accident causation, impairment, or legal liability require separate professional evaluation.

Schedule patients
Your clinic schedules a minimum of three patients in 30-minute appointments.
Testing on-site
Jason Croxford, DC, R.NCS.T. performs NCS and needle EMG using portable professional equipment.
Receive reports
Final reports reviewed and interpreted by Alexandr Goldvekht, MD are sent by secure email within two business days.
